Máy sấy hồng ngoại DS01.4001 Martin Việt Nam

DS01.4001 – SMART DESOLDER 01 + HOTBEAM 04, 230 V là một hệ thống hỗ trợ tháo linh kiện và xử lý thiếc hàn trên PCB.

• SMART DESOLDER 01: nguồn khí nóng kết hợp bút hút chân không, giúp gia nhiệt và hút phần thiếc còn dư sau khi tháo linh kiện.
• HOTBEAM 04: bộ gia nhiệt hồng ngoại IR 500 W, sử dụng 4 bóng IR để gia nhiệt từ phía dưới bo mạch.
• Điện áp phiên bản DS01.4001: 230 V.
• Vùng gia nhiệt IR: 105 × 130 mm.
• PCB tối đa: khoảng 130 × 150 mm.
• Dải nhiệt: 50–250°C, điều chỉnh từng 1°C.
• Cảm biến nhiệt: Type K.
• Kích thước HOTBEAM 04: 150 × 300 × 40 mm, nặng khoảng 800 g.

Ưu điểm nổi bật

1. Gia nhiệt hồng ngoại từ dưới PCB
HOTBEAM 04 giúp làm nóng đều khu vực cần xử lý, hỗ trợ quá trình tháo linh kiện và giảm ảnh hưởng nhiệt không cần thiết lên các khu vực lân cận.

2. Kết hợp khí nóng + hút thiếc
SMART DESOLDER 01 có bút khí nóng và bút hút chân không. Khi thiếc nóng chảy, phần thiếc dư có thể được hút ra mà không cần tác động cơ học mạnh lên pad.

3. Kiểm soát nhiệt tốt
HOTBEAM 04 có cảm biến Type K và hỗ trợ thiết lập profile gia nhiệt; phần mềm EASYBEAM cho phép quản lý profile thông qua USB.
