“MID-MDS” là dòng Modular Dosing System của Bopp & Reuther, dùng để đo liều lượng (dosing) trong máy chế đầy (filling machines) hoặc dây chuyền đo lưu lượng với độ chính xác và khả năng lặp lại cao.
Ký hiệu “T-CLA-25-25-C-3A” trong mã máy như vậy thường diễn đạt các đặc tính: đường kính, kiểu nối, chuẩn 3A (hygienic / sanitary), v.v. Ví dụ “-3A” cho thấy đạt chuẩn vệ sinh 3A (thường dùng trong thực phẩm/dược).
2. Ứng dụng chính
Dành cho các máy chế đầy tuyến tính hoặc quay, nơi cần đo lượng chất lỏng với độ chính xác rất cao.
Thích hợp cho môi trường vệ sinh (chẳng hạn thực phẩm, dược phẩm), nhờ chuẩn “3A” và khả năng CIP/SIP trong một số model.
Yêu cầu điều kiện dòng chảy sản phẩm: máy đo điện từ (electromagnetic flow meter) trong hệ MID có các yêu cầu như độ dẫn điện tối thiểu ~1 µS/cm.
